My wife and I arrived at the Prestige V.W dealership in Melbourne to look at the Jettas and the Golfs that were in stock. Mr Azad met us as we drove up while we were getting out of our car. He was very courteous in asking how he could help. After telling him about our wishes , he led us to the area where the cars we were interested in were parked. Without any pressure he allowed us to look around while he answered any questions that we had.Eventually , he arranged for for us to test drive a Jetta which we liked. Steve helped me get the model and color I wanted, no pressure. I filled out the online credit app ahead of time. That was a great time saver. She was very truthful from the start to the finish and we decided to purchase from her and not another dealer. Her price and rates never fluctuated through this transaction. I have already recommended her to several of my friends and hope she is still with you as we will be needing another vehicle in the next several months. She was a pleasure to work with and we wish to have her assistance again. Very happy with the service department as well. They had communicated all work done to my wife (the buyer) and not me the driver. This resulted in a less than perfect score I had previously submitted. This is our third vehicle we have purchased from you and have normally been very satisfied. We still have our 2002 turbo jetta that has had its share of issues but all have been assisted with by your service department. They go the extra mile as well as Meredith. This matters to us. Other than the 20" scratch in the drivers windshield that was not found until the next morning (cannot see it at night) I am very happy with my jetta.
