My experience at Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford was exceptional. My sales person, Skyler Milton, went out of his way to work with me and accommodate my requests. Mike did an outstanding job facilitating the sales process, with the utmost professionalism and personal care. The financing experience, while highly entertaining, was slightly less favorable. I appreciate that there is always an inevitable negotiating dance involved in the process but I would have preferred a little less haggling (it was simply unnecessary on my part but I understand that it had to be done for the financial health of the dealership). Ultimately, we got to a decent place so no real complaints. More
