I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. After test-driving a car, we agreed on the purchase terms, including the down payment and monthly payment. Based on that agreement, the dealership collected all of my personal information, ran my credit, and confirmed everything was moving forward. My credit score is 756, which is considered excellent. They even asked me to get insurance for the vehicle and scheduled a pickup time. I purchased the insurance and was ready to pick up the car. Then, only about 1;30 minutes before my scheduled pickup, they called to tell me they would not honor the payment we had already agreed to. I understand that financing can change based on lender approval, but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. I spent time providing documents, had my credit pulled, paid for insurance, and rearranged my schedule, only to have the deal changed at the last minute. The loan processor and the manager handled this situation very poorly. Communication was disappointing, and I felt misled throughout the process. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. More
