I dropped off my car for a scheduled service and recall repair at 11 am. At 4 pm, they called to say they were overbooked and never looked at my car. Barely an apology was offered, just asked when I wanted to reschedule. Horrible customer service and very inconsiderate of customers time. More

It's such an upbeat and happy p I just brought my Volkswagen Beetle Convertible into Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford for regularly scheduled service. It's such an upbeat and happy place to go. They kept my updated on the status of my service and made me feel like my time mattered. To top it all off, they asked if I can give them a few minutes to wash the car before I left. Of course, I agreed. I'm glad I did because when I left my car was so clean, inside and out, I felt like I was driving a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I had made an appointment to have my car serviced for 10,000 miles. I thought I had made it for this dealership, but I had mistakenly made it for the dealship in Stratford. I'm new to CT, so I didn't r 10,000 miles. I thought I had made it for this dealership, but I had mistakenly made it for the dealship in Stratford. I'm new to CT, so I didn't realize my mistake until I showed up at Prestige. I had asked if I could make an appointment there for another day, but Jon said he would find out if they could take me that day. He came back and said that they could take care of my car that day. During the service Jon came to me and said there was a problem with one of my tires. He showed me pictures of the gash that was there. Needless to say, I needed a new tire. They did all of this and had me out of there in a couple of hours. I really appreciate them taking my car that day and finding the problem with my tire. The service department was very busy and I was basically a walk in because of my own mix up. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to be around. I found the dealership to be very clean, tidy and comfortable. They have a really nice group of people working there and I found them very informative. More

Everything about this experience was excellent. It was easy to get an appointment. The shuttle was not immediately available so someone gave me a ride home in my car. I rarely bring any of my cars to dealers, preferring to use a trusted local mechanic. But my VW had some problems that my mechanic misdiagnosed. So I reluctantly brought it to Prestige VW of Stamford. They use a trusted local mechanic. But my VW had some problems that my mechanic misdiagnosed. So I reluctantly brought it to Prestige VW of Stamford. They were incredibly diligent from my first contact, through successful repairs and their follow-up was very appreciated. I had extensive work done and feel the price was quite reasonable. I will definitely use Prestige again. More
