I went to the dealer 3 years ago to lease a VW Jetta. The entire process went very smoothly. Every time i went for check ups on the car, the entire staff was friendly. Towards the end of my lease, I spoke with Meredith about purchasing the lease. My fiance's car was failing and I wanted her to be in a very dependable and safe car. She has 2 little boys and I after researching the safety ratings of the VW Jetta, plus she loved my car, I opted to buy it for her. I had a lot of questions because i was going to be buying it early. I spoke with Meredith many times through email and on the phone. She was extremely helpful with all my questions and helped me with the transition from being a Leasee to an Owner. Because of her and the dealership she works for (Prestige) I'm a new fan of VW and will purchase another one again. I'm really leaning toward the SUV versions...but i'll have to wait a bit. My fiance is still extremely happy with the car and she loves it. When she's happy, I'm happy. I give that credit to Meredith!! More

Came into the dealership cold; not sure what to expect. Azad (salesman) was polite, courteous, and professional. He answered a wide range of questions regarding new and pre-owned vehicles, their pricing structure, the vehicle warrenty information, as well as explaining the lease program offered by Volkswagen. Based on info provided by Asad and other Prestige personnel, I decided to lease a 2011 Jetta. I scored Prestige all 5's on the dealer criteria with the exception of quality of work.............I haven't brought the vehicle in for any work yet. More

My wife and I arrived at the Prestige V.W dealership in Melbourne to look at the Jettas and the Golfs that were in stock. We were shopping for a graduation present for our daughter who is graduating from t Melbourne to look at the Jettas and the Golfs that were in stock. We were shopping for a graduation present for our daughter who is graduating from the University of Florida in April. We wanted to surprize her. Mr Azad met us as we drove up while we were getting out of our car. He was very courteous in asking how he could help. After telling him about our wishes , he led us to the area where the cars we were interested in were parked. Without any pressure he allowed us to look around while he answered any questions that we had.Eventually , he arranged for for us to test drive a Jetta which we liked. After the drive we made arrangements to purchase the car which we did today. The whole process was pleasant and Mr Azad could not have been more helpful or accomodating. Sincerely, A.J. Lane. More

The process went extremely smooth and Meredith was exceptionally helpful in completing all aspects of the purchase. The loaner car provided was not expected and proved to be valuable to me while await exceptionally helpful in completing all aspects of the purchase.
