Be careful before you turn in you're lease car Was told by the sales person that I could turn in my lease for an inspection by VW. Salesperson told me that after the inspection I would receive a letter from VW if anything had to be fixed I would have a change to do so. The car would stay at the dealership. Never received a letter from VW about the inspection report just a straight bill. On top of that prestige VW in Melbourne got rid of my car that was paid thru November. Talked to Terri Dobbs the manager(who by the way loves to hang up on you when he doesn't like wat you have to say) suppose he called VW to get money taking off but didn't do anything. Called him back told me pretty much to bad you're stuck with a bill. Not going to help you out !! Absolutely stunned by the poor customer service at this dealership More
