I was slated to purchase another VW in about 6 months, but that won't be happening now since this dealership's financial trickery has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I don't know that other VW dealerships are any better, but I can say that Prestige VW of Melbourne is not worth the risk. Prestige VW of Melbourne is the reason people hate buying cars from dealerships. Learn from my mistakes. Check other review sites. I visited Prestige on 11/8/12 for my one-year service. I bought my 2012 Tiguan used, and this was my first experience with the Prestige service dept. Franky Bain, the service advisor, spent a good deal of bought my 2012 Tiguan used, and this was my first experience with the Prestige service dept. Franky Bain, the service advisor, spent a good deal of time with me articulately explaining the operation of the automatic transmission and how what I thought was a problem could be addressed with either the manual shift or the sport mode. Franky also patiently explained the initial cost-free service and kept me regularly apprised of the car's progress in the shop. I've never received this level of knowledge, understanding, and patience from a service advisor or manager. Also, the young women doing the scheduling were very helpful and accommodating when I had to change my appointment at the last minute. More

Ms. Santos was very prompt to greet me at the door. She was very thorough explaining the options in the car we test drove and services provided by Prestige Volkswagen. The day of the test drive, I wasn’t ready to purchase and she did not pressure me.
