I was very pleased with my recent experiance with the sales staff at Prestige. I have always ranked car buying right up there with such pleasant experiances as a root canal, but the staff members that I sales staff at Prestige. My wife, daughter and I came to Prestige Saturday afternoon looking for a used Jetta for my daughter who is turning sixteen. We were greeted first by Azad and of course we were apprehensiv, but he very politely and with no preasure showed us all the used cars on the lot. We then looked at the new Jettas and was very pleased to see the price was not much higher than what we wanted to spend on a used car, so Azad let my daughter take one out for a test drive. Well, that made up our mind, but I had explained to Azad that I wanted to suprise my daughter for her birthday and he went right along. We told her that we were not going to buy a new car and of course she was very dissapointed. Also, we had been to the dealership one night after hours and had seeen the new cc sport and my wife and I really liked the style and we inquired about purchasing one of them also. I discussed the details of a trade and financing with the sales manager, Joe and quickly came to a generl understanding, but with no signed deal and no preasure and without my daughter knowing we left the dealership saying we would sleep on it. So, needless to say we purchased two cars the next day after reaching a final agreement with Sheldon and Azaed as Joe was out that Sunday. Azad even bought me lunch as we waited on the final papers. Azad was always a gentleman and very polite. I went to Prestige Volkswagen because I wanted to purchase a Jetta Wagen. I was specific about the model and trim. Azad met me in the front lot, beginning a relationship that endured through the selection and purchasing process both to my complete satisfaction and to my expectations of the product. Azad was both knowledgable about the line of VWs that he represents and was completely at home discussing other cars and car related issues. He did not in any way pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable in the purchasing process. I was completely satisfied with the speed at which my desired model was located and delivered, and with the way in which I was kept in the loop while the car arrived and was prepped. The dickering process for purchasing the car was plenary at best, a ceremonious formality in which both parties were obliged to perform The Dance until the expected final price was unveiled and executed. I paid what I expected to pay, and I'm sure that the dealer got what they expected they would... My 2011 Sportwagen TDI with panoramic sunroof and wheel package is everything I expected in this VW. I just refilled the tank for the first time, after 500 miles of city and highway driving... I averaged 38 mpg, higher than expectations, and certainly in line with the promise and potential of the vehicle. A couple of additional notes: I did opt for the Xzilon treatment (at a discount). The jury's still out on that... It'll take a year or longer to determine if the product is worth the money. But I gotta say that water sure beads up on my car finish! On the other hand, I do actually enjoy hand waxing cars, and I don't rule out putting some nice finish on the car, Xzilon or not. I haven't returned to VW for service yet, but I'm sure that the vehicle will be cared for by a dealer with a solid service reputation. I did return to VW a couple of days after my purchase to buy a winshield sun protector. It was a good price for a nice item that I can't imagine doing without. VW financed my purchase, and I don't believe that I could have done better by myself. My rate is highly competitive and I would do it again. All in all, I have enjoyed my experience with Prestige, and if I had it to do over, I certainly would without hesitation. I would recommend this dealer and Azad in particular to anyone in the Melbourne area looking to purchase a VW. More

I was pleased to wait to get what I wanted rather than something a saleman wanted to sell me. There was never any effort on the part of these two gentlemen to alter exactly what I had in mind. Rather they bent over backwards to locate my Silver VW Jetta TDI.I can tell you I am as pleased as a pup knawing on a fresh bone. The fellas made this purchase my best ever, and I have bought more cars than I have fingers and toes. A dealeership with the philosophy of customer satisfaction, as is seen at Prestige VW, is not always easy to find. I would not hesitate a second to refer Prestige, Azad and Sheldon Smith to my dearest and most trusting friends. I salute them for a job well done, and thank them for their kind effort.
