Preston BMW - Service Center

Every person I delt with was great. They all worked hard to make me fell comfortable through out the whole process. The vehicle I bought on the other hand was a whole different story. When I brought it home to make me fell comfortable through out the whole process. The vehicle I bought on the other hand was a whole different story. When I brought it home and looked at the vehicle the left front wheel bearing had over a half inch of play and the front brake pads had less then 2/32's of material left and the rotors were below goverment saftey specs. In buying a used vehicle I understand that it may not be perfect but I thought it would be safe. For those reason's I scored the people I dealt with very highly and want to say Thank You for everything. But I score the overall experiance very poorly and would not reccomend this dealership to anyone else I know, because I would not my Mother to be sold a unsafe vehicle where she may hurt herself or someone else!!!!!!! More
