I was looking for an Escape in a particular color that was difficult to find. I was very lucky that I had such a wonderful salesman as Mr Chris Christian, who found the exact vehicle I wanted. I recently purchased a car from Preston. It was a used car, however, I am so happy with it. This is the first major purchase I've made and I was impressed with Mr. Hubbard. Preston is a premium dealership. The customer service that I received from Mr. Hubbard was stellar. Unlike many other car dealers/salesmen, Mr. Hubbard was honest, PROFESSIONAL, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a consumer. Never once did I once feel as though I was just a number getting Mr. Hubbard closer to his sales commission. It was quite the contrary. He patiently listened to my needs and wants as a customer and presented me with impartial, practical options for me to choose from. Ironically, one of the suggested options was a car the was actually out of the price range(but that had everything I needed and wanted in a car). However, it was Mr. Hubbard's honest demeanor and knowledge about his inventory that made me feel good about my decision to go with the more expensive option. I left the dealership feeling like I had made an informed and great decision about my purchase I truly wish that there were more car salesmen out there like Mr. Hubbard in this world. My pareants and I came to Preston Ford to purchase a car for myself. We were there for a long time but the wait was WELL worth it!! Mr. Murphy was very very helpful and very polite.
