Preston Dealership was great! Our Sales Person Tom Barrett was fantastic! He was warm, kind, welcoming, accommodating and genuine . The facility was very nice. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by a lady (unfortunately I did not get her name) We met Tom, who immediately asked if he could get us a beverage, or snack. The Sales Center was super busy, and it was evident their business is flourishing fueled by a great team of employees, who appeared to have a great camaraderie with each other, giving a sense of family, and we were taken care of immediately. We sat down with Tom at his desk and he went over things that we had previously discussed over the phone, regarding our purchase of a 2025 KIA Sorento,LX and asked if we had any further questions, then answered them. He then showed us the car, and explained everything in it, while we were waiting to get into the Finance Office. He was very respectful of our time, which was greatly appreciated. By the time he finished having us check out our new car, Finance was ready for us. Josh Gallant, our Finance Representative was great as well. He was very knowledgeable and genuine as well, and got us in and out of his office in a timely manner. Everyone was very kind at this dealership. Tom was never pushy in his sales approach, something that we really respected. We are a loyal KIA family having previously owned two other KIA's, and our son also owns a KIA Sorento LX. Tom was also very kind and helpful in finding, and recommending several local restaurants for us to have dinner at, on our way home. This dealership is just over an hour away from where we live, but the treatment we received was well worth it. We look forward to a great, long relationship with this Dealership, and with Tom!
