It was that smooth. It took longer than I wanted it to take and Patrick could see I was getting irritated, It wasn't his fault. As it turn out the place was packed. This could only be a great sign that this was the right dealership for me. He offered to buy us dinner. We ate a delicious pizza that he order for us. I was impressed with the attention and service the entire team at Preston gave us. They even washed my car, ( we bought a new truck for the hubby) I recommend this dealership. I was very satisfied. Mike Cryst, the part manager looked up the parts, they were in stock and they took my truck right away to install, awesome, I was not expecting that to be installed that quick and would not expect that either.
