I have problems with pricing and checking the car for issues. I had a charge for over $900 on my schedule maintenance that shouldn't have been on there. It was removed when I told Sarah I wanted to take issues. I had a charge for over $900 on my schedule maintenance that shouldn't have been on there. It was removed when I told Sarah I wanted to take it to a mechanic of my own. She even gave me new printed maintenance repair papers. She took back the first papers she printed and threw them away.and gave me another set. My question can the dealership or mechanics be trusted??? More

The dealership is very professional and timely, but I just had my vehicle in to diagnose a problem and was told everything was in good shape except for a couple of things. When I took it to get new tires just had my vehicle in to diagnose a problem and was told everything was in good shape except for a couple of things. When I took it to get new tires, I was told it was not drivable to leave the tire place, because it had some other major issue that was not diagnosed/ was misdiagnosed at the dealership. More
