I was admittedly a little confused by the process since I was never there before, but in the end I was very impressed b experiences I have ever had. The sales staff is exceptional as well...I've dealt with Elaine Pauleuc twice now and I hope it's not the last. She is very well informed about all the new features and programs that make buying or leasing about as easy as it can be. She's the best I've ever worked with.
