After driving 1 hour to see 1 car. At that point I really should have turned around and left. But having driven so far I didn't want it to be a waste of time. Chris was less then friendly and not one function of the car was explained. Thanks to Carlos at Circle BMW in Eatontown who took the time a few day prior to explain the entire workings of the car to me. The only reason I purchased from Princeton BMW was price and low mileage. I guess that won over service. More

I worked with Alex and Andrew on getting my first BMW 330i xdrive in my dream sp This has been one of the BEST dealership experiences I have ever had. I worked with Alex and Andrew on getting my first BMW 330i xdrive in my dream spec (blue on beige). They were both remarkably polite, kind, professional, and easy to talk to. They answered my plethora of questions and were always quick to reply. I did not feel the usual stress that one gets when going to a dealer. Getting my first BMW was a momentous occasion for me, and my specific experience with Alex and Andrew only added to that positive experience (a huge surprise to me given my prior stressful experiences). Both of these guys are terrific and are the main reason why I will specifically seek out Princeton BMW to get my second car. Thank you for all of your work!! More
SHADY maintenance personnel. Had to almost fight tooth and nail for a refund after they claimed to have performed the service, and the issue was still there. On top of that, they performed VERY shady serv and nail for a refund after they claimed to have performed the service, and the issue was still there. On top of that, they performed VERY shady service for the air bag recall. I NO ONE should feel safe bringing their bmw to this location until they fix their mess. And make sure you do your research before going in, because they tried to give me the run around saying items didn't work, after I had verified everything was working before bringing the vehicle in for service. Absolute worst experience with place, also treating me as if I didn't know how to work on bmws. So teach your sales reps better info on maintenance and what will, and will not work on vehicles, And teach your maintenance team to actually fix the issue, instead of just standing there and claim it's fixed, charging me almost $300 when you did absolutely nothing. More

Not only did we get a great price, everything was transparent. Alex did a top-notch job of communicating with us and getting the car ready on short notice. Because of the Coronavirus situation, we talked to the finance manager (Mr. Jowel Ahmed) on the phone. He explained everything to us clearly and responded to all our questions. On the day of pickup, we were also greeted by the manager, Mr. Craig Brauer. Instead of being secluded in an office, he was on the floors helping his employees with deliveries and making sure the dealership was running smoothly! Overall, it was a perfect experience and we will definitely be back! More

Explained that I was runni Absolutely first rate experience. On Thursday 1/9/2020 I blew out a tire on my 535i while heading to the Phila. airport. Explained that I was running late and within less than 10 minutes the team had me behind the wheel of a brand new 2020- 330i loaner. I explained that I would not be coming back until the following Monday (1/13) and was told that would not be a problem and to just bring the loaner back on Monday. When I returned on Monday, repairs were completed on my car and it was cleaned inside as well as outside. Previously, I was getting my car serviced at another BMW dealership but the level of customer service does not compare. I am switching to Holman. Thank you Phil F. By the way the 330i is awesome to drive. More
