Clint was excellent. He was very patient and professional. He provided us plenty of time to test drive and compare different BMW models before we made our decision. I highly recommend Clint to anyone interested in getting a BMW.
My experience over the past 2 years has been bad. The car had multiple squeaks that took 2 different visits to exorcize. No reason they shouldn't have all been fixed in the same day. Loose audio cable in center console and missing nylon washer in sunroof. 2nd visit they took apart the c pillar and rear shelf. (rattles gone). I have brought the car in 3 times to fix the rear window screeching when going up. The first two attempts solved it for a day. Today they finally replaced the molding and it appears to be fixed. Time will tell. Besides taking multiple visits to solve my issues, today I get the car back with black pen down the center of my drivers seat (6 inches long) and a scratch on the rear bumper (with a spot that flaked off a small bit of the paint). I took better care of their loaner than they did my car. Adding to their poor service is the fact that Friday my car should have been done. I texted back to the number they sent me for updates and I never heard back. I had to call at 4:30 to find out they didn't fix my car and I couldn't pick it up because they had the door apart. xxx? In the several times I have had the car in for service, there is no communication. It's maddening. The only bright spot was Frank, a service manager, who offered to have their leather guy try to get the rest of the ink stain out and further offered to have someone else "fix" the seat if the leather cleaner couldn't get rid of the stain. He also offered to fix the paint issue on my bumper, which they should, even though the first person told me it wasn't them. Frank notwithstanding, this is not a service department I would recommend.
