Service department went down the drain! Prior to now, this dealer would have been given a 5 star for their service department. However my last experience with them was horrible and unless i Prior to now, this dealer would have been given a 5 star for their service department. However my last experience with them was horrible and unless it's an emergency, I will be hard pressed to ever return to the dealer. When I called the service department out for charging me 2 hours labor to replace an upper radiator hose and re-fill and purge the air from the cooling system, the service manager was very embarrassed and applied a credit for me. My wife's car, a month prior had the cooling system worked on (Expansion tank, hoses, thermostat, re-fill and purge the air) and was charged the same labor hours I was for just the upper hose. Besides the attempt to over-charge me for work, the service adviser, Glen was the worst adviser (service, client or parts) that I have ever come across at any BMW dealer in the past. The irony in this is that I was also looking for a Z4 while my car was in the shop I took one for a test drive with Ian Boyd, who was very good. However, after dealing with service, I decided to take my business to another dealer and purchased a Z4 from another dealer. So, they also lost the sale of a car! More

We had almost lost hope in BMW dealers as we felt the dealers treated you based on the current car you drive. Our first car was an Honda Accord and the dealers usually made me feel I was hoping too high for a BMW. The customer service I received was a top notch at Princeton BMW. Mike Watson is the sales person who helped me out and was very knowledgeable on all BMW products. My plan was to buy a 330 but just couldn't refuse to the offer they gave me on a 528. They were very courteous and worked with me to meet my expectations. If you ever plan to visit Princeton BMW , please ask for Mike Watson. I am sure other Sales guys are as good as Mike as it is always a team effort. More

I first met John when I was a disgruntled customer - I had previously had an unpleasant experience with a salesperson who is no longer there. John somehow managed to convince me to give the dealership another chance, and I turned in my current lease (which I had gotten from a different dealership) and put myself into the dedicated, capable hands of John. I have never looked back! He bends over backwards to make sure that you are satisfied with the car and the deal you get. He makes it work, no matter the issues. John makes me look forward to getting a new car, because he makes the process seamless and quick. More
