What buying a car should be! Christine and the rest of the staff was beyond amazing. No pressure at all to purchase. the worst experience ever and very bad products! !! Stay away from there's pre owned vehicles and service. I bought back in 2013 bmw 528i and it was nothig but problems since day one and when i brith it back a week later for them to check the problem then they pulled up the list off things that i have to fix but a week before that when i was buying it everything was (perfect). I was veeeery dissapointed of how they treated me and what they sold me. It was my first experience at bmw dealership as well as bmw product i love German cars but after my experience with the salesman (i dont remember his name but his nationality is Russian) iam not going to go to there place ever again. Starting from sales department to service they only want to steel money out of you. Please stay away from that place and their products!!!!!!!!! Dont believe what they tell you! !!!!!!!!! More

Treat u like xxxx and try and charge for a car that burns oil that's still under warranty , then they give u a attitude if u don't have a opiomtment for quart of oil ?? Treat u like xxxx period More
Horrible service. I had a great experience while my car was under manufacture warranty. After my first time of horrible experience ($550 extra charge for the service I had a great experience while my car was under manufacture warranty. After my first time of horrible experience ($550 extra charge for the service without advising me that something else should be done besides the oil change) with the sales adviser Jason, I decided to give one more chance to the dealer service and asked to assign some other service adviser, but they assigned Jason again. Today was my second time doing the service without the manufacture warranty, besides 40 minutes of waiting time for the reserved loaner, I was involved with the negative attitude from the this service adviser. I will try to avoid this dealership next time. More

Exceptional Customer Service from Mark Abitabilo I found a used SLK 350 I was looking for at Princeton BMW in New Jersey. Problem for me was I was not from NJ but from Long Island, NY. I have to sa I found a used SLK 350 I was looking for at Princeton BMW in New Jersey. Problem for me was I was not from NJ but from Long Island, NY. I have to say, Mark Abitabilo accommodated me with information and pictures before online and dealer's sites were ready. I made my appointment to see and test drive the roadster a few days later. Mark had impressed my kid as she has seen many sales reps push to get the sale before you leave the building, he did not. He thanked us for coming in and he wanted us to know he was available to answer any future questions. Before I could commit, I requested Princeton BMW to send vehicle over to the Mercedes dealership for a PPI that I would pay for. This was not a problem for them. I received report and was able to negotiate price a second time. On the day of purchase, Mark picked me and a friend at the local train station. SLK was polished and ready for inspection prior to delivery. I just want to let Mark know that it was a pleasure dealing with him. More

I loved my Toyota Rav4, so I wasn't looking forward to getting a new car or dealing with the sales process. I test drove over a dozen vehicles from different manufacturers and dealers. Alan at Princeton BMW was the easiest to work with. He made the options and models simple and was straight forward on what he could offer on pricing. I ended up deciding on the X3. I highly recommend the Driver's Assistance Plus Package - its by far my most used feature. BMW's complete service package is what made the difference between BMW and other brands. Julie is an ace on BMW features. She gave me a quick tutorial on all the features of the car - apps to wipers, etc - which was so helpful coming from a basic model vehicle. Great knowledge, not pushy, and quick with paperwork. Looking froward to saying hi to the team anytime I'm back for service. More
