He did not say a single word to tell me the features of the car during the test drive. He only said "Yes." "No.", "I don't know" during the test drive. I was ready to pay by cash to pick up the car, but the salesman ruined by mood. I ended up buying the car somewhere else (with a better price, and much more friendly salesman"). More

Horrible purchase and customer service experience! Princeton BMW has been horrible in terms of customer support and friendliness. Rich Robinson was my sales person and he could not provide good advice and was extremely slow and not pro-active. When purchasing the car I had to stay over 3 hours and waited for hours for him to go back and forth with his manager and finally even to put an order it took forever. I agreed with Rich on a date and time to pick up the car and asked him to have car and all paperwork ready. Nothing was ready, the car was getting prepared and Finance was not aware of me coming. It took close to 4 hours!!!! Since then, I had a lot of issues with my car and they have been horrible to deal with it!!! Mike Sobecki from service does not care about issues and tries to avoid them. They tried fixing the car multiple time without resolution! Chay in Finance was great though but that is very limited!!! I void avoid them at all cost! More

Most horrible service station We have a BMW-X3 that showed low tyre-pressure sign some 1 year ago. I took the car to this service center and they said it is because there is some l We have a BMW-X3 that showed low tyre-pressure sign some 1 year ago. I took the car to this service center and they said it is because there is some leakage. Then they changed some parts (and you know that labor is always 3-6 times that of parts). After it was serviced, I went back home as the very next day, it started showing the same sign with some other signs. I called the service person there and he told me to take the car to service station one more time. In last 8 monthst, I have taken my car 3 times, they have charged more than $7000 just to fix the tyre pressure sign and it still shows the same sign again although all tyres have normal recommended pressures. THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE STATION AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. More

They weren't exactly what I wanted and Dan told me that he would find me one that met all my requirements. Well, one week later, Dan called and invited me to come see what he had found....and it was exactly what I was looking for...color, low miles, options...everything! Princeton BMW goes the extra mile to make your purchase experience a very pleasurable one, without all the haggling over price like some dealers put you through. And they go the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I picked up my car on the exact day and time that we had scheduled with absolutely no issues or delays...and it was perfect!
