Good Morning Mr. Vignapiano, We sincerely apologize that you left our dealership feeling the way that you do. We strive to provide exceptional care and communicate throughout the process of ones service visit, I apologize if we failed to do this. We understand you brought your vehicle in for the seatbelt concern along with a concern of the comfort access system. For both concerns we discussed the evaluation charges and you agreed to them, prior to our team completing an evaluation. I want to make sure that you are aware the evaluation you paid was for both of those concerns. With that being said, the evaluation for the seat belt was discounted in half to try to help you through the process understanding that you recently purchased your vehicle from another dealership. We are highly concerned as well with your statement regarding our team not honoring your extended warranty. We contacted the extended warranty to discuss all recommended repairs. Unfortunately, they declined some recommendations, however, they did approve one repair for you. It sounds like there is a disconnect somewhere. We strive to ensure we get everything covered that we can from an extended warranty to be a good partner to you, however just as any warranty, these are all exclusionary warranties, there are items that are covered in the vehicle and some items that they do not cover. The terms of coverage do not come from the dealership level. Again, I apologize for making you feel the way that you do, that is not why any of us come to work each day. We are in the business of helping our guests.

Not true at all, I told you to call the extended warranty people and fix what was on the warranty. You charge me $200 to look at a seatbelt. It is ridiculous. It should’ve been a safety concern issue instead you were more concerned with making money.
