I knew I was interested in buying a honda, and had actually been shopping around the peninsula to find the perfect car for me; but kept getting frustrated with the various salesmen at other locations. actually been shopping around the peninsula to find the perfect car for me; but kept getting frustrated with the various salesmen at other locations. They were rude and pushy, which turned me off. I really had lost hope and gone home; until I called Priority Honda. Joe Giltner answered the phone and answered all the questions I had for him with ease, and actually had additional information and told me about other specials that I might be interested in. Within a few hours, I went to the dealership, test drove some cars, and drove away with a brand new Honda Insight. I was very happy with my experience with Priority Honda, and was extremely pleased with the overall quality of care I received from Joe. He truly did make me feel like his number one priority. I ordered a few extra things for my car to include splash guards and a data dot dna. Since I bought my car so late at night (service was closed), I had to bring my car back to get the detail and the extra things installed. Somewhere between parts, and service, priority honda messed up and lost my splash guards. They told me I would have to bring my car in a second time to have the splash guards installed separately. When in fact, I knew they had the splash guards in. Joe helped out the situation by physically going to the back of the parts department and locating the parts they needed without any problem. I just want to say that also in that regard, Joe was able to help, when others were not, or more likely just did not have an idea of what was going on. Thanks, Joe. More
