Their customer service is terrible. My car was a couple of days out of warranty by the time I got into the shop do to appointment time and they wouldn't help at all. I have bought Honda My car was a couple of days out of warranty by the time I got into the shop do to appointment time and they wouldn't help at all. I have bought Honda's for year and always got good service but no help at all. No goodwill or policy help. I wrote warranty for over 20 years and always helped the customer in some form. More
