Proper customer service would have been to notify the customer prior to their appointment so they could have gone elsewhere. In addition, I notated when making my appointment I had a light on the dashboard that needed to be looked at. On arrival I was told I needed to make a separate appointment but they would see what they could do. When my car was done they didn’t even mention the light, and it was still on. I’ll be going elsewhere from this point forward. More

Only get service because I have to to keep warranty. Burns over 2 quarts of oil in 1700-2000 miles but dealer refuses to warranty a known engine recall issue and sends me to another dealer who does the Burns over 2 quarts of oil in 1700-2000 miles but dealer refuses to warranty a known engine recall issue and sends me to another dealer who does the same. Keep kicking him back and forth and we never have to do anything about issue. Vehicle will actually stall when oil gets low in that short of time so it’s definitely a problem. Also, almost $500 to fix a windshield washer pump? I could have done it elsewhere a lot cheaper but they said it would void my “warranty “!!!! Some things I get but what does that have to do with an engine and transmission warranty promise. It just allows for unreasonable pricing on other repairs. I bought here because of an incredibly nice salesman (Jamal) and decent pricing on vehicle. Is it worth it? Eh, probably not but now what choice do I have? I do appreciate the free State inspections though. I would hope that I desire to buy again from here when the time comes but so far, IDK. That will be soon as an upgrade is coming but will have to wait to decide. More
