When I found out they didn’t have it I hung up with him and was kind of done with my search for the VA area. However, that didn’t stop Derrick from still doing his search behind the scene to make sure he can satisfy my want. Not only did he find the vehicle I wanted brand new, but he also drove all the way from Newport News to the VA Beach location to come do business with me. He was more than helpful, offered me different options, informed me of different alternatives to meet where I wanted to be financially, and even worked on my behalf to meet the dollar amount I wanted for a more expensive vehicle.
