We told him the type of vehicle we were looking for and he immediately began his search for an ideal car. Later that day he called and told us about a 2016 Toyota RAV 4 Limited that only had 14,000 miles and was in "like new" condition. We made an appointment to see the car the next day. Patrick had the car waiting for us out front so that we could take a test drive. He took time to describe to us all the details of the equipment on the car and the technology behind each feature. After the test drive, Patrick showed us the car history from Carfax and offered us the car at a very fair price.. We decided to purchase the vehicle and within two hours, Patrick and the staff, had us ready to drive home. Patrick even put a red bow on top of the car and took our photo with the car. Even with a couple of hurdles from my lender, Patrick and Thomas were quick to respond and very accommodating. We were able to get everything nailed down, booked a flight for the next morning, Patrick even picked me up at the airport. Finalized the purchase with Tony and Jane checked me out.
