Not only did he find the vehicle I wanted brand new, but he also drove all the way from Newport News to the VA Beach location to come do business with me. He was more than helpful, offered me different options, informed me of different alternatives to meet where I wanted to be financially, and even worked on my behalf to meet the dollar amount I wanted for a more expensive vehicle. We told him the type of vehicle we were looking for and he immediately began his search for an ideal car. Later that day he called and told us about a 2016 Toyota RAV 4 Limited that only had 14,000 miles and was in "like new" condition. We made an appointment to see the car the next day. Patrick had the car waiting for us out front so that we could take a test drive. He took time to describe to us all the details of the equipment on the car and the technology behind each feature. After the test drive, Patrick showed us the car history from Carfax and offered us the car at a very fair price.. We decided to purchase the vehicle and within two hours, Patrick and the staff, had us ready to drive home. Patrick even put a red bow on top of the car and took our photo with the car.
