I have purchased my last four vehicles from Proctor Honda, and I cannot say enough good things about them. All four cars were used, but each one lasted me a very long time. The service department has always been great - Rocky and Zach answer any questions I have in layman's terms. I also appreciate that they give realistic estimates about the amount of time each service will take. Billy Pierini is the sales rep I've worked with the most, and I really appreciate his help. He's a no-pressure kind of guy who makes it easy to look around and not get overwhelmed or stressed by the decision-making process. Billy also always takes the time to stop and say hello and make sure the car is still doing well when he sees me in the service department. Beyond all of that, I have to say that the team at Proctor were the biggest help I could have possibly had when my last Accord was totaled when someone ran a red light and hit me. They walked me through the process of what to expect from my insurance company and hers, and they provided me with ample documentation regarding the value of my car to make sure I got fair compensation to replace it. Their knowledge of my car and of the claims process was invaluable. There's not another dealership anywhere that I can imagine purchasing a car from. Buying my first car from Bill at Proctor Honda was absolutely fabulous- the whole team listened to what I wanted, didn't try to oversell me, and really made me feel comfortable about my decision.
