I have never received a less than stellar experience when taking one of my 4 Honda vehicles (Accord, Civics and CRV) in for service, and the most recent visit was no different. I received timely service, full disclosure and discussion of service needs and advice for future action (if and when necessary). Though offered a ride to work in the courtesy van, I remained at the dealership working at the convenient work spaces set up for computer use, reading and making notes for later use at work. Like my own little office away from the office! My vehicle was ready when advised it would be, no excuses and no extra hidden charges. As always Proctor Honda delivered. More

I have to say that the waiting area to have service done to the vehicles is very nice. This is important as sometimes it take more than an hour depending on what is done and how busy they are. Since the waiting area was rather comfortable, I did not mind taking my dear friend there while she was visiting from VA. My service experiences with Proctor Honda have always been positive and yesterday was no exception. Victor was patient while I explained the various problems I was experiencing, then clearly explained been positive and yesterday was no exception. In a very short time, he delivered the results and the cost of the resolution, which was surprisingly reasonable. With Victor's guidance, I was also able to fix another long-standing issue for the cost of parts only, which was a bonus. I cannot say enough about the quality of the staff at Proctor Honda. More

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from Proctor Honda and I must say that this was by far the BEST experience I have EVER had. Not long after I was T-Boned and was fortunately pointed in his direction to purchase a new car. Kobe went above and beyond any expectations that I thought I had a surpassed them all. He was extremely friendly, VERY helpful and was always enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect car for me. He offered ideas and gave very good information. He was able to answer all of my questions with knowledge and guidance. He always followed through and reported back promptly. As I tried very hard to patiently deal with the insurance company and credit union.
