Had a great experience in the service department- new battery kept going dead and they found a faulty AC relay all on a Saturday so didn't have to miss any work. I had to bring my car in twice in two weeks time; once because my car battery died right around the corner (luckily) from the Honda Service Department and then because the button to make my shifter work f because my car battery died right around the corner (luckily) from the Honda Service Department and then because the button to make my shifter work fell out. Both times I basically had to show up with little to no notice and the service department did not act bothered by my sudden appearance on their busy schedule. I have purchased 3 cars over the last several years, all from different dealers. This experience was by far the most pleasant. Thomas "Obie" Oberman was great to work with through the entire process. Obie is very knowledgeable of his products and provides excellent customer service. The whole process went as smooth as possible because Obie was so organized. Appreciate your follow-up. The service work on my son's Honda Prelude has been handled in a complete top-notch fashion by the Honda service team. Don Monda, the service manager personally steeped in to help solve the pesky repair delimna. It's one that has to do with the SRS system with his car. And, as you likely know, when it comes to the SRS components (possibly the airbag itself), it's an item that's very expensive to replace in an older model car. So far the service work that was performed yesterday seems to have remedied the issue. I've called an left a message with Don regarding status. Also, if something goes wrong again, we know what the next affordable step will be in terms of the fix. A huge thanks to Don M. for handling this issue more so in a personal and carring fashion as we've come to expect from the Proctor's Dealerships over the years and not just as another customer that you may not have seen as many times as you've seen us. The Honda / Acura is the brand we've complely come to trust as a family. Keeping in mind, the Ex drives a Pilot, my daughetr an Accord, myself an MDX and my son's ''baby'' mint blue Prelude - SH. More
