I've bought three new and one used Honda from this dealer in the past 12 years. They've done all maintenance (except for oil changes) and I've been very happy with their work. I was going to take the car to my mechanic for him to check it over, and was told that it would be taken while I was in class. The car was not taken until just after class. I was told that the car would be gassed up by the time I came to get it, and it was not. I was told that I would get my license plate at the DMV, but it turned out that I was supposed to get it from the dealer. My circumstances did not make it easy, and limited my options, and Mary Smith dealt with everything that I threw at her very deftly. More

Hesitantly I filled out the form to receive a quote from my local dealer while searching the web for cars meeting my criteria. I was shocked to see a response almost immediately since it was 10:30 PM on a my local dealer while searching the web for cars meeting my criteria. Long story short, we went to see Terri around noon the next day, and by 4 we were driving away in our new Odyssey. Price for the vehicle and was good, and the price for our trade was right in the line. Overall a great experience. More
