This is the first time I have used your service department. I had a great expereience with Fred - he was helpful, efficient and overall a good first impression. After finding out the price to replace most of the items, I chose only to replace the necessary item (wiper) as this was mostly a safety issue. The reason I did not choose to fix the others items is based on price and age of the vehicle. This had nothing to do with service, but more a personal choice. I plan on returning to the dealership for any future work or repairs. More
