Loyalty is very important and to purchase an American made car is an example of that; However, without that customer service and quality of service that exceeds your expectations loyalty only goes so far! From the approach, determining needs, presenting the product, overcoming objections to closing the sale, suggestive selling and relationship building she is always professional to ALL customers! This is the first time I have used your service department. I had a great expereience with Fred - he was helpful, efficient and overall a good first impression. I had our 2002 Yukon in for some electrical issues (dashboard lighting, rear windshield wipers/seat heaters). After finding out the price to replace most of the items, I chose only to replace the necessary item (wiper) as this was mostly a safety issue. The reason I did not choose to fix the others items is based on price and age of the vehicle. This had nothing to do with service, but more a personal choice. I plan on returning to the dealership for any future work or repairs. More
We were looking to replace our Pontiac G-6 lease and were interested in the Malibu line. Challace met us at the door when we arrived at Progressive. I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Silverado from Progressive Chevrolet. I dealt with Challace Kotuce. Challace was patient and down to earth.
