Thank you for your feedback, we apologize that you were unhappy with the condition of the vehicle when you received it. That is why we REQUIRE all of our sight unseen customers to have an inspection performed, which was performed in your case, per your request, by the company that transported the vehicle. We always recommend having the PPI performed by a ACE certified mechanic shop, or body shop, depending on the concerns of the customer, but ultimately the customer can choose any inspection they want. The copy of the BMW report the shippers provided us shows that there were almost zero scratches or blemishes with the vehicle. The vehicle was also under the factory warranty, so any mechanical issues would have been covered for free by your local BMW dealership. When we heard the vehicle had arrived and you were enjoying it, we assumed that continued to be the case. The next time we heard from you was when you were trading your car in to a franchise dealer several months later and you were confused why they were giving you less money than you paid for the car from us. We explained that even though you bought the car near Galves and Mannheim wholesale pricing from us 6 months earlier, that with the additional miles and time depreciation on the vehicle, it would be worth less. When you asked our company to reimburse your shipping expense or you would leave a negative review, we had to decline as our company policy does not allow us to give in to extortion even in small ways. We also have no problem with being transparent about this matter with any of our past, present, or future customers. We even offered to pay more than some of the other trade values you had received to try to demonstrate us being perfectly happy to retail the vehicle again. We appreciated your purchase and have tried to satisfy you to the best of our abilities as one of our customers, and we hope the additional efforts we have made in offering to re-purchase the car we sold you, months later at a higher value than other dealerships would provide, have proven that to you. We wish you the best in the future and thank you for this opportunity to serve you.
