Worst New Car Buying Experience Service department did a horrible job washing my new car. Delivered the car with many scratches and smudges. Had to take the day off to get my new car buffed out then they sprayed air freshener inside the car and it no longer smells like a new car. They also didn't use a mat to cover my seats or floor mats and left dirt marks on my new mats! More
