IT SEEMS LIKE THE PERSON WHO PICKED UP THE CAR DIDN'T CHECK THE EXTRA KEY AT THAT TIME. SO, I HAD TO VISIT THE DEALER AGAIN. THEY PROMISED IT COULD BE SOLVED WITHIN A WEEK. BUT IT IS NOT SOLVED YET. WHEN I CALLED THE DEALER DURING LATE FOLLOWING WEEK. THEY ONLY TOLD ME ANOTHER DEALER SENT THEM THE WRONG KEY AND THEY HAD TO ORDER NEW ONE AND THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THE KEY READY. THEIR FOLLOW UP ACTION FOR IRREGULARITY IS AN ACCEPTABLE. THEY NEED TO BE IMPROVED ON THIS ISSUE. More
