Our experience in the Finance department was just as good with Hansel. He explained everything in detail. The only negative comment I have is the lack of attention to incoming customers. If there were no salesmen available outside or inside the showroom while customers walk in and start looking at cars, it would be necessary for the receptionist to greet and ask to help the customers.
