I was beyond impressed with the care and quick problem solving of Javer Esquivel. He is one of a kind when it comes to exceptional customer service! He turned our major problem (when the engine in my 2 solving of Javer Esquivel. He is one of a kind when it comes to exceptional customer service! He turned our major problem (when the engine in my 2012 Sonata shut down while driving) into a positive experience we will forever be grateful for. Not only did he help us get our engine replaced under the warranty and arrange for a rental during the repair, it was also completed much quicker than expected! I wish we found Javer and Puente Hills Hyundai earlier but I'm so thankful we did now! Also, I should share that I live in the San Diego area and chose to tow my car up to Puente Hills because of Javer. I met him several months earlier when my parents (also owners of a Hyundai Sonata) were picking up their car after maintenance. He was so helpful to my parents that when I encountered a huge problem with my car, I knew he was the only one who could provide the same high level of customer service. It was worth the distance and extra effort to have my car towed and repaired 80+ miles from home. Although Javer probably felt he was just doing his job, his actions created a much needed miracle for my husband and I. We love Javer and Puente Hills Hyundai!!! More
