Be careful of this dealership they give you a quote on one price and when it’s all set and done it’s more than the quote. Terrible customer service you call the service manager to file a complaint. Very kind and thoughtful staff! !! Javier took the time to explain all the services I would be needing and ways to keep my car healthy. He was great at communicating and was very pat !! Horrible. I called on Saturday 11/15 to ask if I still had free services the man I spoke to checked my account verified the car I had and then told me yes we h I called on Saturday 11/15 to ask if I still had free services the man I spoke to checked my account verified the car I had and then told me yes we had up to 35k miles or 3 years. So he transferred me back to someone else to schedule an appointment I scheduled my service for 11/19. Arranged for a babysitter and made time to take the car only for them to take the car in and try to start and then after the fact of taking it back tell me that I don’t have free services. I immediately told them no after telling them what happened and asked for my car back but they said it was being updated and had to wait. They wasted my time, felt like they just tried to get me in there to try and make me get a service there. My uncle worked corporate for Hyundai and we went to that dealership specifically to get my car there, but I told him my experience and will now go to another Hyundai he recommended with trustworthy people. More
