Great first visit! Great service experience! I had a pretty great experience with my Service Advisor Demitra Lopez. She listened to my concerns and made sure each was addressed. She was very tho I had a pretty great experience with my Service Advisor Demitra Lopez. She listened to my concerns and made sure each was addressed. She was very thorough when explaining what diagnostics they were going to perform with my car as well as what the mechanic will be doing. Demitra also made sure to explain the charges for the service. I also appreciated the work the mechanic did with the car because the car felt really nice after being serviced at this dealership. I had been having problems with the car and they were all addressed by the time I drove out of the dealership. Will most likely be back here when I need to have my car serviced again. More

Good Service I had my Rav 4's first maintenance here at Puente Hills Toyota and was satisfied with the customer service. It is a very busy place and I was surpris I had my Rav 4's first maintenance here at Puente Hills Toyota and was satisfied with the customer service. It is a very busy place and I was surprised how quickly someone came and took care of me. I had an appointment for a routine maintenance but the wait was going to be about 2 hours or so. It seems quite long but I did have a ride to and from the dealership just in case it was going to a long wait. Other than the long wait, they did call when it was ready and picking up my car was very quick which I appreciate. I will return for my next servicing. More

Also While visiting Toyota of puente hills I had the pleasure of meeting Sim Luu. He was by far the best, he made my experience simple, and fast while offering me the best deals and packages possible. If i could give this man 100 stars I would I can’t explain how comfortable and important he made me feel threw the whole process. Not to mention his great sense of humor made my day 100 times better!
