I came back primarily because of Andrew Chang in the service department. Andrew would always go above and beyond, very professional, will not try to up sell me with unnecessary service. I had the pleasure of working with Ron Landin from internet/ fleet sales and Ted Collins from finance. This time, they made my shopping experience better. No pressure, no hassle, and provided me with fair pricing. I am planning to buy more car from my children and will definitely go back to Puente Hills Toyota. More
