This is by far the worse dealership I've been to. Our sales person (Ray Alvarez) was helping us find a Camry. We agreed on the pricing and the only step missing was signing the paperwork. He told us that he would need to locate the car (with the interior color we wanted) and would give us a call to go in to sign the papers at 8pm. Hours past and we never heard back from him so we called only to find out he's with another customer. We got transferred to his manager which didn't seem to care that his peer has lost a deal due to lack of follow up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. I should've read reviews before wasting a day of my time and also having my credit pulled for no reason. PLEASE READ other reviews on this dealership. More

Poor Service/Dismissive Attitude I contacted Mr. Huntington regarding the delayed repairs to my wife's vehicle. The air conditioner was working on this car prior to Puente Hills Toyot I contacted Mr. Huntington regarding the delayed repairs to my wife's vehicle. The air conditioner was working on this car prior to Puente Hills Toyota Collision Center repairing the front bumper. The a/c didn't work after the bumper was fixed. They had to take the car to Ford for repair. Three days later it's not fixed and no one knows when it will be ready. Ford says the problem is wiring located ... behind the front bumper! I asked Mr. Huntington about obtaining a loaner vehicle. He said "We don't do that.." He was completely dismissive unwilling to assist us in any way. All this after they drained my battery to the point it would no longer hold a charge. It had to be replaced. More
