I am so sorry for the delay getting your vehicle back to you. We know company vehicles are not generating revenue sitting in a repair facility. We really strive to have a quick turn around but sometime things like parts delays prevent us from meeting our goal. Thank you for your feedback. I apologize we could not accommodate you last Saturday. We reopened for Saturday service in March of this year and currently work off appointments on Saturday because we have a limited staff. We are increasing our staffing level as Saturday Service requests grow. Working off appointments only right allows us to provide our Clients with a minimal service turn around. We should have the capacity for Saturday walk in business after the first of the year.
