It's not a group of professional salespeople trying to close the deal. Franck obviously knows and loves cars, and he clearly enjoys working with fellow enthusiasts. I spent quite a while debating between two cars, but no one tried to push me to decide quickly or to push me toward one or the other. To top it off, Franck was reasonable to the point of generous with the beat up old Miata I barely got there to trade in. All in all, I'd have to say it was the best car-buying experience I've had.
