I had spent a good bit of time getting to know Tito Ottino over the phone, so when my work schedule made coordination a challenge, I decided to hop on a plane to go complete the deal and pick-up my vehicle. Yes I know, that's a risky way to buy a car -- right? I was pleased to find that everything with my purchase was exactly the way that Tito promised, from price, to prep, to process.
