I had spent a good bit of time getting to know Tito Ottino over the phone, so when my work schedule made coordination a challenge, I decided to hop on a plane to go complete the deal and pick-up my vehicle. Yes I know, that's a risky way to buy a car -- right? I was pleased to find that everything with my purchase was exactly the way that Tito promised, from price, to prep, to process. Absolutely NO surprises. After meeting Managers Scott Johnson and Derek Rudge I came to understand that Putnam is in the business of running a high-performing team at their dealership.
