Putnam Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia responded

After discussion with our general manager Derek Rudge: ______________________________________________________________ The vehicle was brought in for a check engine light and noise. When we opened up the engine there were signs of wear and sludge build up which was suspected to be caused by a lack of maintenance. Chrysler requested digital imaging as well as maintenance records. We requested the maintenance records from the customer as our records showed only two oil changes performed here in over 50,000 miles. The customer can not produce the records so Chrysler refused to cover the engine claiming it failed from neglect. I have asked the customer to call me to discuss several times and she has not. If she would like to, she still can and we can discuss this further.
