Darius helped us figure out a very reasonable arrangement within a few hours, and his friendly and forthcoming demeanor made us very comfortable in leasing a new 2016 Jeep Compass with them. I would recommend Darius and Putnam Chrysler to anyone looking for a new vehicle in the near future for a contrite and consumer-friendly experience. More

Horrible I got convinced to buy a brand new car with warranty. After 2 years of no problems the check engine light comes on. Having a warranty I bring it to the dodge dealership for repair. They say it will be a couple days.....1 month later they say it needs a motor that warranty isn't going to cover. During the month I kept calling on status.(because they kept saying "we should know tomorrow, " and they never called. I only got 1 call after I finally showed up and got an attitude from the service manager. My dodge with 100000 mile warranty is a JOKE!!!! They don't honor it, so don't buy one!! Also has 2 recalls. They Refused to give me a rental. Worst service ever!! More

The most confusing and unorganized purchase I have ever made I felt like the sales person (Ray Pomerleau) really didn't want to deal with me. I gave a down payment he said " I'll do business with your bank". H I felt like the sales person (Ray Pomerleau) really didn't want to deal with me. I gave a down payment he said " I'll do business with your bank". He gave me no paperwork just the reciet for the down payment. At one point Ray said to me, I should take the plates off my trade in car and put them on the new. Please note that everyone else with the dealership has been very pleasant and helpful can rave enough about them. Derek Rudge was excellent. More
