He also provided excellent customer service and explained the services I need for my Mazda and some services I may consider getting at Putnum. Read your paper work carefully My service person did not let me know that I had a significant oil leak that needed a big repair, When I took my car in for an oil change. He gave me my paper work back and sent me on my way like there were no other issues to talk about & Also told me to call on my our to find out what I needed to do about my driver seat that was also having an problem. He asked me to write the number down and call them. So I did, when I called them I was looking at the paper work and read about the oil leak. I called back to arrange to bring the car back for the oil leak to be fixed I asked him if he was ever going to talk to me about this, he said he was sorry but he didn't read it. & said he will help me KNOW find out what can be done on the seat. I still have not heard back regarding the seat. I will call him to follow up ........... More

30k checkup The service was excellent. Car was done when I was told it would be. It cost what I was told. They wanted to do more work, and when I said, no. They d The service was excellent. The TV was blasting. I don't know if another patron turned it up that loud, and the music was playing at the same time. I was trying to work, so that was annoying. But it has nothing to do with my car, so I still say 5 stars. More
