Lacks common sense. I went in for a dashboard replacement (bubbling tearing) for corvette C8 - a higher end model for a Chevrolet. I was surprised when I went to pick t I went in for a dashboard replacement (bubbling tearing) for corvette C8 - a higher end model for a Chevrolet. I was surprised when I went to pick the car up and only half the dashboard was replaced because… it was believed I only wanted half replaced even though the entire dashboard is damaged the same way. This has meant that I need to wait further for the required part to arrive and I have to return the car once again for repairs. To add salt to the wounds, for the work that was performed no one thought it was odd when the car was returned that none of the electronics inside the car were working. Turns out the dashboard worker did not plug in the electronics. So as of today I’m driving around a C8 with half of the dashboard bubbled and torn without any ability to control temperature , view cameras, receiving warning messages. Just very amateur for what I would expect to see for a c8. More

My traveling plans almost came into a complete disaster when my 2019 traverse started to have issues soon after a New Replacement battery had been installed. The car would stall and was not running correc when my 2019 traverse started to have issues soon after a New Replacement battery had been installed. The car would stall and was not running correctly. Immediately contact Josh at the service department that my car would be towed in that morning to be checked out. The service department was busy with other customers already. Josh took my details & report of the problems the car had going on. Once there within an hour later, tow truck dropped off my car off. I was greeted by Josh himself. With my keys in his procession, my car was quickly put into there shop lot. I was given an estimate for when the car could be ready, but first, a diagnostic test had to be completed. Agreeing to the estimate & the remote possibility of a few hours to maybe a few days (depending on soon they could get to it)), I left the car there until they could call me. Hoping that it would be a short stay, my travel plans were soon to be interrupted & delayed. A few hours passed, when unexpectedly I received a call from Josh himself- he reported they were able to find the problems with our car, and was NOW fully functional once again! … was glad the Technicians were able to reset the onboard computer and the car is running just as New!! … this was an exceptional experience.
