I can't express how impressed I am at their professionalism, positive energy, team spirit, politeness, courtesy and exceptional customer service from start to finish of the entire transaction. The support I got throughout the process was absolutely genuine and the reps went above & beyond, I received full tank of gas and free car wash, car was looking so spotless, the finance team was so transparent and explained every document to me before having me to sign them, I was not rushed with the plenty information involved. Always a great experience here getting my car serviced. The staff is friendly and very helpful in walking your through the services you need and why. They provide shuttle service if you are within a certai The staff is friendly and very helpful in walking your through the services you need and why. They provide shuttle service if you are within a certain boundary back home. Or if you decide to stay there they have a nice waiting area with tv's and wifi. Appointments are recommended but if you come in or better call, they will let you know if they can squeeze you in that day. More
