I had the feeling that didn't really need my vehicle so didn't matter how long it took to complete. Made an appointment for this work ~month in advance, seemed like day of wasn't even looked at. No call, no status day 1.? 2nd day received status, but too late in day to source parts and get warrantee approval. So 4 days without vehicle but finally got completed. Seems like not stocking parts is also the norm these days? More
