Felt like when I went in I wasn’t even a customer that I was the enemy. Questions were being asked that I didn’t have the answers to and that is the whole reason why I was in the service department, so YOU was the enemy. I get if you ask me a couple questions of what the issue is but the further interrogate on answers they should’ve known is embarrassing for the dealership. Service writer didn’t know how to handle situation so called in manager and then felt interrogated by manager. Not a very good experience, Most of the staff there (with the exception of the woman) really seemed as if they dislike their jobs and did not want to be present. All I did was simply go in there and explain to them my truck would downshift aggressively while towing and seemed as if service writer and the manager got on the defense, I was so confused. More
